Yes another sad loss!!!!!!

It made me so sad when I heard this. I think she was one of the classiest ladies and will miss her. I think if they run a marathon of her movies I will be up all night watching them.

She said those words in her very first film role, and they remained one of those memorable movie moments that have been quoted many times since.

I'd like to think she's having a wonderful reunion with Bogie now.

While I loved her earlier screen roles, I didn't rate her on the stage. We saw her at Chichester in 1995 in 'The Visit' in which she starred.: in many ways she was tailor made for the role of an steely,embittered, vastly wealthy international VIP who returns to her impoverished home town offering a vast sum of money in return for the body of the man who had seduced her when she was 17, but we both felt that her performance lacked energy, that she underplayed her role, very much the screen star rather than a stage actress.
