Angel of the Morning updated 07/01

so I started this in May and figured its about time to get a SAL thread going. so here it is.
Angel of the Morning by Lavender and Lace, stiched over 2 on belfast linen (my first time on linen!) the face will be done over 1

That is a fabulous start cairee and it is such a beautiful one too. I have it sitting in my craft cupboard all kitted up and ready to go - then got sidetracked.

You are doing well on the dark linen and I am really looking forward to the next updates.

Beautiful start on a beautiful design. I really like the Lavender and Lace angels; I have the Angel of Love, with all the necessary beads. I had started it years ago and when I moved I tossed the by then dusty fabric (with only maybe a 10x10 square done). Seeing yours, I'm feeling the urge to get new fabric and start her again. Oh, so many projects are yelling at me...

Looks fantastic. Can't wait to see more. Question though, are you leaving the background? Or is it going to be fully stitched?

And I'm surprised that nobody has said this yet bit the title reminds me of the Juice Newton song Angel of the Morning.

Love it! Great starts and that linen is a beautiful colour. People seem to find such good L&L and Miribella designs and I can never find the charts for them.

an update!
I ran out of a few colors and had to get more, it said I only needed 1 skein of 931 but its used as a solid and in 2 blends, Im hoping 3 skeins is enough

and yes the background is unstitched, I don't bother with colored fabrics for fully covered pieces.
