It's really hard to tell. I am guessing a minimum of 5 years but maybe more. I will have better idea after the first year. If I finish it before I am 40 (July 2020) then I will be happy

I admire your determination in this. And if you decide you need to do a few smaller projects (which I guess could mean anything else because most anything else, including your HAED WIPs, would be a lot smaller ) we will understand.

Wow.. you're tackling a project as your one and only WIP that you expect will take 5 years? That's dedication.. you must really really want this one done! I don't think I've ever gone more than a week without picking up something else!

I am without a doubt going to finish this one. I have always wanted to finish a HAED and a Golden kite. Well I have done the HAED so this one will be finished too (eventually!).

Fantastic achievement! Are you setting little goals within the piece (i.e. # of pages in a month) or just keeping the end goal in your sights?

That's some super speedy stitching you've done there! Well done on such amazing progress in such a short period of time.
How many hours did that take?
