Speaking as one addict, I have more than enough and plan to wait for a 50%er. If I can. Unless of course there is a new one I can't wait for or one on my wish list starts yelling or ...............

I must be strong and wait for the 50% sale even though I haven't bought any charts for a while. I have been getting the lovely threads and fabric etc. for all these lovely gifts. Oh how some of those on my wish list are calling to me though lol. I must just stop looking at them mmm hmm. Of course that will never work so I will just go look at some wips that everyone is doing.

Ok.... how scary is it that about a week ago I hadn't even heard of you-know-where and now it only took me about 20 seconds in this topic to realise what you meant..

I think I might cave since I don't have any of those yet.... I could do just one... right?

@rotfl: Another serious addict - I knew what you meant as soon as I read the title! I must be good now though, I bought 2 last week and I'm buying a car in 4 weeks. Need to save pennies...just until the next you-know-what ;)

ha ha I have not been here for long but THAT is something I learned very soon! @rotfl: my small bag of stitching supplies has already developed in the entire IKEA EKTORP ottoman inner space in the living room   plus a tick roll of multi colored and multi counted fabric in the closet

 I haven't purchased that one yet, but it somehow made its way into my Wish List. I have two others in my stash so one is eventually going to have to make it into my rotation. Anya Kai is becoming a designer I am also loving. Her art is so original. If you decide to add this one to your rotation, I would not be one to discourage you. The next best thing to stitching something is to watch a fellow stitcher's progress on a piece you love. Not that I would do anything to encourage you.

I just bought one.   ............

But, in my defense, it will be a graduation gift for my little sister (next year). She loves owls and Starbucks' peppermint mochas, and her favorite color is orange. So how on EARTH was I supposed to resist this?!

I feel good about spending $6 on something that perfect. I'm really excited to work on kitting it up next week. I think it will be a nice break from the endless confetti of Theatre of the Absurd as the year goes on, too.

See, that's the one that's tempting me too. And now here he is staring at me again.... ...... seriously, stop staring! ;)

Hahaha - sorry! :shifty: I will tell you that the Product Information is incorrect - the chart is 9 pages, not 20 (and the last 3 pages are just 1 line each, so really it's 6 pages). Also, the background is only 2-3 colors, and may help you feel comfortable before getting to the slightly more complicated middle. :)

The staring was actually the only thing to give me pause. I'm a bit worried my sis will say she can't sleep with it in her room because it feels like (s)he's staring at her! :x:
