I agree--I'd like to see just w h at yo u are creating. Not sure I'm visualizing properly. Have made x-stitch cards before. Paper cards with stitched elements framed or glued on cardstock. You are talking about something different, I believe...

I also got a sewing machine for Christmas, mainly to serge my stitching fabrics and do little jobs. I have made qsnap covers, a piano cover for hubby and recently a hood for my magnifier lamp.
This just opened me to a whole lot of new ideas!!
