Grass

Post by Solitaire »

I'm doing an old photo of our first brindle Dane and the background is grass, I am so fed up with doing green, doesn't matter that it's different shades, it's just so boring

ps we need a smilie banging it's head against a wall

:) SMILE, it could all be shades of gray! (& I agree about the head-banging smiley!)

Gray would be nice, I'm either doing shades of green or shades of brown, the next project I do, will be for myself

I've got one to do with a huge area of 3865 and 3756 as sky.... Thankfully it's all half stitch ( 2 over 1 22 count)

Any colour gets seriously tedious after a while!!! You've just got to grit your teeth and mix in the odd small colourful project!!

Yep, I'm currently doing a load of sea which is just blues! Occaisionally it gets exciting and I get to add to blue-green in there. I live for those moments. Thank goodness I'm only doing half stitches...
