Got in a lot of stitching time this week, and page 17 is going well, I think. Page 18 is only one column long so will do it with this one. Upgraded to GoodNotes 5 yesterday. Been on GoodNotes 4 a long time and weird things started happening after I updated the IOS on my iPad. Highlighted stitches wouldn't stay highlighted and the page would get blurry. Thought I'd have to pay for the upgrade because I was sure I'd missed the free offer, but didn't and now I've discovered a great new feature (I think its new, at least for me it is). I can get side by side pages open at the same time by opening the app twice. Especially important for multiple paged patterns. Tricky even when duplicated columns and rows are shaded but so hard when a new page just continues to not make mistakes. (Hope that makes sense). Anyway, I'm now looking forward to seeing how that goes, instead of dreading it.

Anyway, this is my update:

Thank you for your feedback and encouragement. It helps keep me going probably more than you can imagine.

 I blame Covid.

Lovely stitching, and I agree that when tech works, it's really useful.

Since I had to move the hoop I thought I'd do an update. Progress is good I think. Hopefully it won't take more than a few weeks to finish this row (about 4 or 5 column of stitching left) and after a little break on other projects back to the last row of full chart pages.

Thank you for looking.

Great progress, and I am so looking forward to seeing the pussycat appear! Will that be on the next row?

3/4 of the way done. The last row of full page charts plus a partial page with one column and partial pages which each have one bottom row to finish it off (I hope that makes sense). I was going to take a break from this one and work on a different project, but for now I think I will stay with this, for a while. In a page or two (or three?) the Cat part of dancing should show up. As far as I know, I don't have any baby samplers to be working on but that isn't up to me.

Correction. I am not 3/4 butam 3/5 of the way done. Still hoping to see the tiny feline this row but not sure. Still keeping at it.

Yes, that poor girl has been looking over her shoulder to see who she's dancing with for so long now :-) I think it's a good thing to stick with this one until the furry feline appears! I couldn't quite visualise your description of rows, but I can tell you've been making great progress just from the picture :applesauce:

Oh happy day when the dog starts to appear. I think we are all looking forward to that. However your work on this lovely design is fantastic and you should give yourself a pat on the back for the lovely picture which is before us.

Thank you all for your encouragement. It would be hard to finish without y'all. When I first saw this picture, way too many years ago, it reminded me of my niece who loved ballet and loved her cats. She now has an almost 1 year old son (who loves to dance, sort of) but one day this will be hers. The only HAEDs I have completed have been minis so this is really my biggest project ever, I think. Maybe.
