My Disney project. part 2. Updated info topic closed

Post by paul »

Rose has asked me to start a new post for this project as the
administrators have asked that we close the threads once they hit the 50 page mark.

mines on page 51 Oopppsss sorry!

Its the same project Still.

Just to keep it all flowing here's the last update I posted

Image

I keep getting asked two things...
1, the size of the fabric. It's 4.5ft x10ft
2, what am I going to do with the finished piece. I have no idea yet, I'm clueless to that at the moment.

:applesauce: Tinkerbell is fantastic. Would you repost the photo of the total project again though so that I can look back on it also as you add things. Its so much fun to refer back to, plus the top with Walt and Mickey is so wonderful. Maybe when you do your next update? Thank you.

Tink is gorgeous, and good idea to have the whole thing here on the first page, so we can look back when this thread gets to page 50 and see how much progress you've made :-)!

Oh my giddy aunt :o !!!!! How big a piece of Aida are you using?! I haven't seen the whole thing before. The concept is just awesome! No wonder it is the never ending project!!
Tinkerbell looks really sweet. Is Peter Pan already there or will he be flying in to join her?

I'm so glad I found these forums a couple days ago so I was able to read thru your first 51 pages before the post was deleted! Of course I love disney (who doesn't!) so it was great to see your project growing - can't wait to see it progress more!

I hope the original thread won't be deleted just closed off.

Perhaps the admins could add a last post to it with a link to the continuing thread?

Phew! Glad the old one will just be locked. I'd have been gutted if it got deleted all that work gone. Plus I still read through it myself to see what ideas everyone had, and for the boost to keep me going :D

Thank you for posting the picture of the whole piece. I can't believe how big it is either. Reminds me of those huge tapestries they did long long ago. I'm glad that there is still so much empty space for you to fill as there are so many characters that are still anticipating getting on to your "project". (I put that in quotes because project just doesn't seem to describe the breadth of this piece)
