If you saw it on Facebook or on my blog yesterday, you can skip this post. :)
I have done some more felt embroidery. No cross stitch lately apart from an ATC and the little butterfly on one of the felt projects. I really enjoy embroidering on felt. I don´t have any pattern for these, just go after my nose, as we say. :)

I-phone cases:

And some things just for fun. Little improvisations - and at the same time good way of using small scraps and threads.

An UFO done! I have finished it! I think I started it about 3 years ago (will try and search for the original post) and it has been a UFO for too long.

Last time I put it down was in February and it was in this stage:

And now, finally finished:

Image

The colours of the previous photo are more true to life. It is going to be a cushion cover. Originally I planned to give it to someone who was a kind of friend - but not really. Since then she is not my friend at all so I think I will try and sell this. I like it but I don´t want to keep it.

Any ideas what colour fabric I should choose for backing? Shall I sew a "frame" around the pattern in the front or just keep it as it is? The fabric is rustic Aida.

I have sewn another felt embroidery, please meet Birdie:

And another crazy quilting block:

I spent almost all my autumn break stitching.
I have finished an old UFO - a Christmas bauble kit I received from Mags (if I remember well) three years ago or so. Started then put it aside... and now it is finished.
It was stitched with lots of DMC metallic, and I actually enjoyed stitching it and love it now. There should be 4 buttons but I couldn't found the fourth one when I was taking the picture. Have found it since

I am so happy with it

I have also taken out my afghan from the UFO bag and started another Celtic pattern. SInce I took a photo I have almost finished it, so another update is coming soon.
