Thank you all for the feedback. It is really encouraging. I forgot how much confetti is in this design, even when comparing it to my other active HAED project. And so good to get feedback from works4me. You have been missed. You are right that seeing each of the kitties come to life definitely motivates.

Didn't realize how long it has been since my last update. Going slow right now because I have been in the middle of what seems like never ending confetti so that takes longer. I keep thinking I'll be done with this page soon. But I do have a new kitty done on the tree and starts on a few more
(I also must admit that I have been stitching fewer hours because I've been watching either new episodes of some favorite shows or have started some new series and find myself paying more attention to them than to my stitching)

Thank you all for your encouragement. Keeps me going when I get too much confetti to deal with. Page 7 is now completed (that is, to be honest, because some of the overlap stitches will be done when I start page 8 and eventually page 12 (next to and beneath page 7).
and the whole piece so far:
Going to take a break from intense confetti and go back to finish the first design(Princess Leia) on the "Star Wars Afghan". Then either back to the Kittens or to "Dancing with a Cat" (I seem stuck on felines. Not a surprise
)

I think you are doing a great job. All this work on HAEDs makes me think I ought to do a few stitches on Christmas Fairy...

I am not a fan of confetti, so I don’t blame you for wanting to take a break from that demon. This is really looking more and more amazing each time I see it.
