In most cases you ARE allowed to sell your finished stitched piece, as basically the person who pays for it is paying for your work not for the designers design. There is ofcourse limits to the amounts you can sell, as most designers don't mind you stitching up to 5-6 of their design and then selling it, but over that most have restrictions.

I know some charts are limited (I've seen in mags some disney ones that are), so I suppose you're only supposed to stitch 1 of those designs.
