I have had a look at your new finished pieces, they are lovely

~threadbear~ not really. 80% of my work is half-stitch. It is quick and interesting. But it is my first job with so many half-stitches. And I recognize that I like cross-stitch better. It is kit, and I make it like it show in instruction. But some times I am not sure; maybe it would looks batter if I stitch it with full cross-stitch.

That is really beautiful. I understand preferring cross stitch to half cross stitch, i do too, but at least with the half stitches you get it done more quickly.

Yes I prefer full cross stitch to the fractional stitches as well, but they can add depth or shadings, so maybe when it's finally done it will look better to you?
I think it looks great anyhow.
