Yep, Chinchillas are rodents.

Yeah, just that empty path, two stitches in the tail, two by the eyes, the white reflection in the eyes, then the backstitch to complete.

So I just have to do the backstitch, but I can't till I get home because...I photocopied the chart in black and white and the backstitch is done in three colours, each one having a different coloured line representing them on the chart...and looking identically grey on my photocopy...or rather pink from the highlighter.

It's going to look absolutely wanderful with the backstitching done (that's the trouble with backstitch -- I don't like doing it much but it does make projects look so good!)
