Are the boxes special boxes for putting needlework on, or did you take an ordinary box and improvise? It's a neat idea!

and here are some mini pictures I also did this month. I just realised I forgot to clean the house...too much stitching me thinks.

The boxes are paper mache boxes, some have appature, some dont, squara and round in two sizes.

..and I have fixed the photos of the bookmarks up

Mermaid Looking in mirror, which I think is so cute. The mirror is done with metallic thread as is the background and I put glitter on her fin and thats a fish charm sewn at the bottom, my usual bad photography fails to do it justice!

Sheep with Bow and Sheep with Hat

This month I experimented with coloured aida as you can see. Lernt a few things the hard way along the way but enjoyed it. Have now made all the pieces up and am going to do one more xmas card for a friend and then will get back to my big works.

I made these yesterday. It was a pattern from a feebie book with cross stitcher magazine. It was on evenweave but I decided to use coloured aida and change the colour schemes. I think they came out pretty well.

I am going to do another one tonight cause they were fun and easy..which means I wont be stitching my friends cards she ordered

I made something else but can't post it cause it's stasmas gift.

still no progress on the lady, orchids, garden door kitty or blue wren

However, I finished the xmas koala card. I did two of these

and made these, really enjoying using coloured aida at the moment!

and just got my stashmas pressie!! OMG, how spoilt am I! I love it all

Playoutside was my sender. There is a mini card kit, a glass tile kit - the moon one, her own hand dyed fabric which is just beautiful and another kit which is just so cute!! Also, a lovely card the picture taken by a family member. Thanks so much

Also, I forgot to say, cause I was so excited with stashmas present that I am doing " hang in there" kitty picture, I will probably finish today and will post picture. Only taken a couple of days, very pleasant and easy.
