HIya all i'm a newbie

Post by stitched up »

i joined this site on friday and since then someone has found me a pattern that i have been searching for a very long time.
I am sooo glad i joined it seems to be a very friendly site and helpful site.

I live in walsall in the west midlands in England,
I am 37 yrs old, been married for 14 years!! with 2 boys aged 10 and 7.
I have been cross stitching for about 15 years on and off but started again more seriously about 6 months ago.
I work from home as a childminder so i can grab a few minutes here and there to stitch when the children are asleep.
I stitch as i find it extremely relaxing. :D

Hi and welcome from the east of England. Glad you like it here!

I've been stitching for nearly 20 years also, when I can find the time between work and kids! My best stitching time is in the evening in front of the telly once the youngest is off to bed. :D
A stitch in time is my idea of a perfect day!
