I agree about learning history of your country & your traditions. The Easter towel is so bright & colourful as befits the newness of spring.

One of my very first projects when I started stitching was the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse in North Carolina. After seeing your beautiful stitching, I remembered how much I love lighthouses. This is so lovely!!

To make you laugh: I have never seen a lighthouse in real life! Have spent all in all 3 months in England, 2 months in Australia. I even managed to be to some ports, but where the lighthouses were hiding, I dont know.

If I am not too busy this week, by Sunday this may be completed. The sea, sky and "painting" 5 lighthouses- nothing as compared with the work already done.
