Well done Serinde :applesauce:

TB got more into crochet and knitting rather than stitching. She hasn't updated her blog in two years and I haven't seen her on facebook either :(

That piece is so very beautiful. Is that one of your own designs? Is the pattern available for purchase? I would love to attempt it!

Thanks, everyone. :D

@Disneystitcher: no, I didn't design this, but Tracy Horner did. You can still buy it online from her website here. I used the Carrie's threads version, and utilised a slightly different method for stitching with variegated threads than I had before (so as to avoid the dreaded stripe!). It's a gorgeous design, as indeed, are all of Ink Circles things, so I'm not responsible for the enabling or anything.

Congratulations from me too! Do you remember how I got inspired by your wonderful piece and I stitched it, too? Interesting, it was only yesterday that it turned up on my Facebook memories page. :)

Wow - beautiful finish & framing, and congrats on 1st place!! :applesauce: :applesauce:

Edit: also, thanks for being an enabler. I have never seen that website before & now I'm the owner of this design as well! It looks really fun to work on. I may go back & buy the small mandalas too... if I stitch them on small enough fabric, I bet they'd fit on a mason jar lid!
