One of my many craft types I do I learned when I was 14 is Latch Hook. I have done a handful or 2 of rugs in various sizes but I prefer BAP's which is why i do one every couple years. We're talk 30x36 intricate designs. However this year I have done a 20x30 which was completely unappreciated and i shut of my cell phone for about a week i was so angry about it. My friend usually texts me or calls my cell.
But i digress..I also had 2 wip rugs with one being OOP and an unstarted OOP, and 2 new kits left. This kit i just recently made which took me 35 hours was of a peacock feather. The owner of fiberlicious yummy fibers where i purchase my hand dyed threads from is completely obsessed with everything peacock. So one day i was bored looking for something to buy and i'd already purchases 2 latch hook kits when i found this peacock feather I had the brilliant idea to make it for Nguyen as a gift even tho I am just a customer with no other ties. This was just one of my hair brained ideas..
However while it is done i let my shopping addiction over ride my good sense so i wont have the money for binding and shipping till December

I liked doing rug-hooking too, but never had any idea what to do with it when I was done....

I bind mine with iron rug binding and in the binding process I also take 1.5 to 3 inch wide ribbon and use the binding to secure them to make loops for slipping a rod or something through them to turn them into wall hangings
