have managed to do a little bit even with our visitors here, quite happy with how it's going, was getting a bit fed up of the black, so did a little bit of the telescope and really like it

great update! And what fun to work on the telescope!! It can be a bit tedious stitching the background, even when it is beautiful velvet drapes. Looking forward to the next update!

Good on you for skipping down to a bit of colour, black -and white - can be oh so boring and hard to get done at times so a bit of colour stitching is a great idea.

You are making great progress with this interesting one.

Glad you were able to make some progress. I understand how difficult it can be to work on a project when you've got visitors. I love having company, but I love having my house back after they've gone. Wise choice to do a little of the telescope if you've been getting bored of the black. Sometimes, we've got to do whatever it takes to keep us motivated.

I am really liking it actually, it seems a quicker way of stitching, and you don't have to keep retreading the needle so often either. I am probably just under half way through the page, so I should make the deadline (mistale free though hmmmm).
