I love Elizabeth Bradley's designs in needlepoint. Very easy to stitch.

I think I've heard EB's name.

When it comes to stitching...I concentrate on the canvas itself, not so much on the designer. I know I have found my path, when it comes to stitching, but it doesn't mean someone else couldn't take some other route. This is mine.
I do not know if EB does stamped Penelope canvases, but for me they're the easiest to stitch. I mean I like to stitch stamped Penelope canvases.

Aw, thank you! You're all so kind! I am glad you like it. I sure hope I will get that rose stitched soon. After that the background and the outer border should be easy to stitch. Then it's the local Framer Man's turn.

Well, here it is now. It's too big to fit into my scanner as a whole, but I am pretty sure you get the point. Image In other words the LRR is A FO! I am excited about this! Now it's the local Framer Man's turn to work on this flower, and then it's time to send it far away to its' new home.
Now I just wonder, what to grab next. Maybe that swan project I haven't stitched for a long time. I should have done it a year ago already, but it is still either an UFO or a WIP, depending how you look.
I admit there were some people, who helped me with my stitching, even they will never find out that they did it. Every person, that has been along in the football championship case, has helped me. They've kept me company while I've stitched. I know, it's crazy, but I listen to the sport pretty much while stitching at summer time.

You may wonder, how the TS (The Swans) is doing. Image

As you see, I have stitched it a bit forward.

:applesauce: :applesauce: I think your swans are very pretty and you are making good progress! And I can't imagine that you stole the thread since it is still here! I do think that a lot of members focus on the SAL section or the Tips & Tricks section rather than clicking on New or Active posts (that's where I usually get started) so may have missed your updates. If you do another Needlepoint (or Tapestry, which is what I think its called in the UK), you can always start a new thread for yourself, if you want.

Aw, thanks ladies! I am glad you like it. That blurry spot in the picture just bothers me a bit. Must be my scanner. I can't imagine the difference in the thickness of yarn could cause something like that.
And maybe, when I'm bold enough, I do dare to start my own thread.

Okay, ladies and gents. Now you see some pictures again.
I have probably told you about The Swans. How do they look? Well, they are ready to fly. Image
I have also a new WIP. I started it last night. Thanks to Rio and its' events I got a few stitches done. Image

That looks oh so right and I am sure you will find it much more helpful to stitch with. The cushion cover is looking great. :whoop: :whoop: :whoop:

Cushion cover is called "Dark Lilacs". And thanks for the compliment. I appreciate it.
