Another great update on this. You have done very well with this. Not long to go until you finish - it will be wonderful when framed

A Great update Sarah and you really are getting nice and close to the end. Will you be sad to finish it or relieved?

I can't believe how close you are to another finish. I do believe you win the blue ribbon for fastest stitching. This piece is amazing, and I really love the colors. I can't wait to see this one finished.
Thanks for sharing your pictures.

Re: Sarah's HAED - Pescatus Mechanicus (Marchetti)
Ta-daa! It's done. It took a bit longer than I hoped as I had flu earlier this month and was in bed for 5 days, then not feeling like stitching for another week. But it's finished now and I'm delighted. Now I can put this one away and choose another one to rotate with my lighthouse.

Re: Sarah's HAED - Pescatus Mechanicus (Marchetti) FINISHED!
Thank you everybody!
The nasty flu is finally gone. It started on 4 December, typically while I was in London on my works Christmas day out. The boss took us for lunch at Wagamama and then up the Shard. Then we went for cocktails and I started feeling rough, so everyone else went to a steak restaurant for the evening and I got on the train to come home to bed, where I stayed for nearly a week Back to normal now though, and went running this weekend for the first time since before I got sick!
The piece taking the place of Pescatus is Floatilla - some of you might remember it as the galleon suspended beneath three colourful balloons, floating between cliffs. I'm working on a page of the lighthouse now, but as soon as I have an update for that, Floatilla will come out of hiding.
