Here's an update on my Bothy Threads Dictionary of Technology. I almost finished the bee on my vacation - did the last of the stitching when I got home. I absolutely LOVE working on this one and it's really hard to put it away to get back to Pumpkin Swirl (which I also love, but not in the same way - I'm fickle). The picture colors aren't the best - the fabric is actually white.

I love the update on this piece. These Bothy Threads pieces are so whimsical the way they play on words. The designers must be extremely creative.

Love your Bothy Threads piece Debby! And hey, look - I actually signed on to the forum! I dream about having time & energy to stitch again, especially in the middle of the night when I'm feeding R in her room and sitting right across from my shelves with all my stitchy stuff on them...

I was going to wait to share this until the beading is done, but I'm sometimes (?!?) impatient, so here is Glendon Place's (Autumn) Friendship Compass. (The 'Autumn" is my addition since I went with colors that match the leaves I'm seeing now that autumn is here.) The beads are on their way and I'll post another picture when I've finished. This was so much fun to stitch!!

My (Autumn) Friendship Compass is done and it was a fun stitch. I left off some of the beads because I really like the design created by the stitched and unstitched areas in the corners and between the compass points.
