I've not really done much lately, having been to Paris (yay!) so this is how it looks at the end of todays stitching before I go off to work.

What a beautiful update. As a big Disney fan, I love it when I see a Disney piece being stitched. :applesauce:

Another week, a few more stitches added. Been working on the cottage roof and filling in a few gaps lately.

What a beautiful update! I love all of the details of this piece. Snow White seems a bit intrigued and happy at finding her cottage. :D

It didn't feel like I'd done much this week, but when compared with last weeks photo I can see improvements!

:applesauce: :applesauce: Any progress is progress and I think you are making a good amount of it. I take a photo every night before I put my stitching away because sometimes it can be so hard to really see the progress I've made. I also find that it gives me a chance to look at my work with a bit more perspective than I otherwise have and find that details emerge in a picture that I didn't really see close up.
Your piece is coming together beautifully.

It is coming on nicely, and none too slowly either.
I take a photo every 2 weeks or so, I think a daily photo would be too depressing!

Regards,

Richard.

Maybe the older you get, the more you can appreciate the little progresses that you make every day. I take a picture of my stitching and also a picture of the chart that I have highlighted. When comparing it to the previous day I am more often than not surprised by the progress I have made and that motivates me. That is something I started after joining the forum, but then I was a one at a timer. Don't know if that has anything to do with it or not. :thinks:

I'm like you. It's every week for me, but daily would just make me feel like I'm not making any progress.
