Hi, I'm Hannah and I'm new to this site (though not to cross stitch.) Coming in to say hi!

Last week I finished tatty teddy, day in the life, which I was really pleased with.

My first big project too. Well, hi then!

Hi Hannah and Welcome from lovely cool Brisbane, its great to have you along. The Tatty Teddy designs are great although I dislike all the b/s on his body, its a pain to do but well worth it in the end. What do you plan to do next?

Yes, all the back stitching on the tatty teddies is a pain!! Took ages! Just started the Disney Dreams, Snow White discovers the cottage. It'll probably take me until Christmas! Thanks for the welcome everyone.

Hello from snowy Colorado and welcome to the forum. I have a Tatty Teddy but haven't started him yet. He's one of the smaller ones and although I've heard many comments about the backstitching, the designs are just so stinkin' cute I'm still excited to get him going.

I hope you'll share pictures of your work with us...we really REALLY love pictures.

This one hasn't been washed or pressed yet, and I need to find a frame, but it's otherwise finished. Yes, fccs, the backstitching was a pain, especially as I had 6 teddies to do, but worth it! Love this now the borders finished too.

Oh Hannah that is absolutely adorable. I've not seen that design before. It would make a lovely centre piece for a baby quilt. Well Done its gorgeous.

Mmmmmm might give that some thought, one day I will hopefully have great grand children - one day.

It's called "A day in the life" and I've been working on it since the middle of January. When I originally started doing it, I completed the first two teddies, then put it aside for a (long) while. The bottom four were completed this year.
