Lowery long frame adapter

So in another thread I read about the long frame adapter and was very interested in it.

So to the people who have one, can you tell me a Bit more about it, how it works and whether its worth the money? I do tend to work with longer frames and its hard to keep moving my frame sides or to sit screwed up trying to reach. But I only have about 5in beyond the upright bar of the lowery frame, though there is room to move my chair out slightly.

Worth it?

I also like to know if they work with Q snaps? How are they attatched?

I ended up getting this and it's brilliant.

I'm not sure it would work that well for q snaps unless they were big ones and you could stitch over to one side.

It might end up a slightly cheaper option of being able to use a q snap with a lowery without shelling out for the corner clamp, but that would be the better choice IMO. This is a 11" q snap in the picture, it would also fit a 7" but the available stitching surface would be much smaller.

Thank you very very much for your photo, it shows how it's been used.
my q snaps are 17x8 or 17x11. My main issue was the grip . But I can see it fits. Thank you again
