Eggcup madness! FINISHED 14 Nov

It's a long story, but a stitcher at The Other Place felt she couldn't cope with a group of DMC collections designs she had in stash due to various health issues. So we volunteered to do them for her. Mine are eggcups. They are quite charming, if utterly not my style. But who cares about comfort zones! But I'm going to need cheering on with these. I'm putting them down over my hols, having finished about a third of the design, assuming no one counts borders... The outlining (not backstitching) really makes 'em. Good colours, too.

for stitching this for your friend. It is unusual but really pretty. The colors are lovely, but I think the silver cup with the unbroken egg is my favorite, though I do like the one right next to it a lot. Very delicate. How many cups are there to stitch??

You're doing well with these, Serinde.

I'm part of this Challenge too!

I've got Thimbles and Scissors. I'll take a photo and put them up here.

Like Serinde, they are not my usual style and I hate the Aida!

But at least each motif is done fairly quickly and it's In A Good Cause.
