Any UK finishers out there for an unfinished project?

Post by Down South »

is there anyone in the UK that will complete a complex project? I started it for my daughter as a Wedding Present....she has been married for 18 months. :roll

I had a cross stitch done from a Photo of my daughter as a Ballet Dancer.

It is a very ambitious cross stitch on 18 count Aida.
50 colours (far too many!).

Design size 14" x14" Charted in detail.

Quite a lot of the figure has been done.

If the figure and some of the background close to the figure could be done, I can do the rest.

I will reduce the size and amount of colours used in the background and floor.
Of course, I will pay for the work done.

Is it worth you finishing the figure

And then asking skitzzz if she could tweak the back ground for you

That would work out possible better than someone else stitching for you as tensions do vary

Just an idea

Hello thank you for the reply, but it is the figure I am struggling with.

Have you done to much to start again

if Skittzzzzzzz Re tweaked the whole thing to lessen the colours would that be a possibility

Then it would be all your own work

Give skittzzzz a buzz and see what she thinks

Yes, I have done far too much to start again. The colours in the background are not a problem. The figure is very complex, and I have lost the will to live on this one. Maybe its best to forget it.
