Everyone is receiving lovely stash :applesauce:

My order from Sewandso came yesterday. I love the Dragon floss and am looking forward to deciding what projects to stitch with it.

The chart is called Summer Splendour  it is only a little design so when I get back to stitching it should stitch up quickly.

How lovely it all is  ! I've just placed a special order with Sew & So, they're very helpful about ordering things in -- wonder how long it will take.

Today the postman brought me goodies I won in a competition I entered in the christmas edition of Cross stitcher magazine. I won 6 madeira metallic threads, a pair of embroidery scissors an embroidery hoop and a colour chart. I am excited I have never won anything before. :applesauce: :applesauce: :applesauce: :applesauce:

I have just had an amazing jam sandwich using Tayberries. Dear Ketta sent me a jar of her Tayberry jam for Christmas. It has arrived in 1 piece, well wrapped in heavy paper and amazingly wasn't opened by customs and or agricultural border control guys. (and gals)

Wow such fun and such an unusual taste. Never heard of them before until Ketta mentioned sometime last year she was setting up an Etsy shop to sell her jams which she loves to make. well done Ketta and thanks a heap. I really enjoyed my lunch.
It will be better tomorrow after it has been in the fridge a while but I couldn't wait to try it. Its been in the low to mid 30's for a few days so was a little warm - but gorgeous still.
