Loved stitching this up, Kell!! ..... and I managed to do French Knots!!
I'm thinking about turning it into a biscornu!! I think it would be gorgeous!!

Many years ago cats were worshipped as gods. Cats have never forgotten this.

I'm not keen on the design for the heart mirror pouch freebie from the most recent issue of Cross Stitcher, so I've designed this floral heart for it instead. It should fit the aperture using the fabric supplied with it. I'll upload a pic as soon as it's stitched to show whether or not is actually does - LOL!

Wow Offe that's lovely (and I have just the perfect hand-dyed blue fabric for it...)
I was talking to a friend tonight and we decided between us that I should do a karate-themed cross stitch. I want to stitch a karatedoka (one who studies karate) on to my shirt after I get my next grade, which I'm going to try out for in a couple of weeks, but don't want to do that early and jinx it! So in the mean time I've spent the evening putting together a design based on the grading structure at my club, showing all the coloured belts I'll eventually work through. I googled and couldn't find any karate belt cross stitch charts, so here it is if anyone else is interested obviously belt colours vary by club so one may have to adjust the colours.
Stitched on 14 count, this comes out at 1.4 x 4.6 inches so would be a nice size for a bookmark
