Ah, well! Usually in the winter blue sky means high pressure, which means cold, not warm like in the summer. So the snowman might be able to bask a bit in the rays.

That looks very familiar however we have no snow at the moment, so Rose, being farther north doesn't ensure snow. At least for a few days :lol: :lol:

No snow here in Hungary, unfortunately, although usually this is the coldest time of the year. Not today: I have just heard in the news that a warm-record has been broken: 17 degrees Centigrade!!!!! Normally it would be 10 - but bellow zero!
I had a headache all day. :cry:
Should have gone for a walk - instead I was stitching. :D

i used to live in atlanta and i remember, being from maryland, when they said" we are going to get a considerable accumulation" i though yeah!..but to atlanta...1/2 inch to 1 inch is considerable..lol :lol:

This is the picture I got on Xmas 2006 season. We were having a road trip to Las Vegas and on the way back home got stuck for 2 days in Albuquerque, New Mexico because of the snowstorm. This is how it looked like when the blizzard was over:

In Texas, it is hard to have even 1/2 inch :D
