This is a recipe? from Wendy Wombat who is sunning herself in Spain at the moment. She sends her best wishes to you all and says she is missing you.

BAKED STUFFED CHICKEN
6-7 lb. baking chicken
4 oz melted butter
Sage and onion stuffing
1 bag uncooked popcorn
Salt/pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 190degC degrees. Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt, and pepper. Fill cavity with stuff and popcorn.

Place in baking pan with the neck end toward the back of the oven.

Listen for the popping sounds.

When the chicken's behind blows the oven door open and the chicken flies across the room, it is done.
