Haha, its the stupid little packets they come in Serinde. I'll treat myself to some decent storage boxes one day.

Oh they look great! I like the comparison of the finished one to the 'almost finished' one. As everyone knows I'm not usually an advocate of backstitch but in this especially on the edges of the tree branches it looks fab!! :applesauce:

This is very beautiful! I've never used beads on anything yet, so I'm intrigued.

I know I've said it before...but I am full of admiration at the way you have done these two. They are beautiful and you really are on the home straight now.

Absolutely wonderful! I know beading is not easy but it is worth it! :applesauce: :applesauce: :applesauce:

omg lovely!!

i bought little storage containers..well when I moved..i thought i got good enough ones..but they all spilled into the other compartments and got all mixed up. I'm going to use them for odd stitching..but now have to buy more beads so I know what numbers are what.. :x

C-F, i just go by the colour of the beads...hehe.
I've seperated them today, backed one with vylene ready to sew some cloth on the back, and done half the beads of the 2nd. They're going to be banners to hang on rods like the rest of my Christmas pics.

and No.2

..oh, i i've rigged up another frame with black lugana ready for Fire & Ice...

Looking fab!

I've got Fire and Ice in my stash (Kustom krafts horse one yes?) I have the fabric and threads but am not letting myself start it yet as I have other things I must do first.

Re: L & L's Song Of Christmas - in stereo. Finished!

No.2 is finished!!

I will never use wisper again. It's slow to work with, gets up your nose, the back of your throat.... Sewing the backing on and making it up into a banner will only take a day, thats a job for the weekend.

On to Fire & ice next, the material's all set up on the frame ready to go, thread board's set up; no beads, back-stitching, metallics or fancy fluffy stuff on this one. Just a normal straight forward X stitch one for a change. (Oh, and i might have a stab at finishing those xmas bells too :? )
