Hello!
Hi there!
My name is Kari and I have been stitching off and on since I was 16. (I am about to turn 40!) I live in Sunny Florida, USA and I LOVE LOVE Love the English cross-stitch magazines. I am married to an Englishman and fell in love with the mags when we went on vacation there years ago!!
I hope to make many friends who understand what I love to do.

Re: Hello!
Hi Kari, welcome to the forum! I married an Englishman too (I'm Dutch), but ended up living in the UK -- not a bad move, they have far better stitching magazines than the Dutch . What do you enjoy stitching? Big projects, little ones, nature, people, animals, fairies, commemorative projects for weddings and births?

Re: Hello!
Ty for the "Hello's"!
I am currently working on a Mirabilia Design "The Cottage Garden Fairy" for my daughter's 22nd birthday in December. I love stitching just about anything, but the smaller projects actually seem to have a higher percentage of getting finished. I eventually finish them all, but sometimes I put it down and pick it up months (and in one case years) later
I will post pictures as soon as I figure out how to.
Coffee Freak~ Before I badgered my husband into a subscription to WOXS, I would get the mag from Barnes and Noble (usually out a month late), but you get all the freebies still .
