Okay, I've been using Q Snaps for a few months now. I've had one for several years but didn't like it until I got frustrated with everything else on particular project and then kicked myself for not using the Q before. Here's my stupid question: how do you get the material on straight? Mine is always a little off kilter and it drives me nuts. I'm also concerned that it might cause the tension to be off slightly. Does anyone know of a magic trick or an online video?
Thanks
Alyson

I have not had a really big problem with this but I have not looked very closely. The way I do it is I start by laying the frame and the material on a table. I position it as close as I can get to square then I put the top clip on and smooth out the material. If it looks as if the material is still straight then I got to the bottom clip and do the same thing. The left and right are then positioned. with each clip I look at the material to see if it is staying straight. Most of the times it does but occassionaly I have to remove the clip and reposition it.
If you are looking for some one to help change you, look in the mirror
