Wrendale Designs 'Practically Perfect'

Post by Nicola Main »

Have done a lot of him today. His name's Pete. The colours are just beautiful it's so hard to show you in a photograph. I've gone one stitch out in the head feathers which is slightly annoying as I'm a perfectionist but I was too far gone to frog and it's not too bad, hopefully no one will really notice

Really lovely start on Pete. I wouldn't have noticed you had one stitch in the wrong place. He's lovely as he is & I look forward to seeing him again soon :applesauce:

Thank you! Pete is gorgeous and can't wait to do more of him! There's a lot of backstitch to do, especially his tail feathers, but I don't mind I enjoy backstitch

I love the turquoise & cobalt blues in this.
I always sign my pieces in backstitch using the shiny satin DMC995, gorgeous colour, so can imagine how lovely it really is.

Richard
