What a cute picture. I also like seeing the picture pop when I do the back stitching.

Langnek looks amazing what a brilliant design
I'm a big fan of The Brothers Grimm, I have a book of their stories written by Philip Pullman in my reading stack, I love creepy stuff.
Great find and just in time for Halloween

Granny's stitching - update 11-07-2020
Dear all,
It has been a while since I last posted an update. Life happened.
However, I loved watching your progress at the forum.
I finished ‘Langnek’ and I am going to frame it for my daughter so we are able to note how fast she is growing.
I have started a new project by Thea Gouverneur featuring all Efteling tales, just finished almost half of a page (8 pages in total).
Now I need to refigure out how to post my photos!
I wish you all a nice weekend!

Good morning!
Could anyone tell me how to / help me update the title of my post?
I change it by hand now, but I was wondering how to change it in the SAL board view.
Thank you for your help!

Amazing well done!

I agree. So happy to see you and your beautiful updates.
You can change the topic title by editing the first post in your thread so the current update date will be in the listing of posts. You can also change the date on the current post as well. I don't know any other way to do it. I am so hoping to see more updates of your work!!!

Welcome back !
Wow, that Efteling project is making me proper nostalgic - as a Dutch child of the seventies, that was THE place you wanted to go and it was magical!

Thank you all!
It still is, Mabel! Only after stitching Langnek, when I was collecting all the Efteling crosstitch collectables, I realized I am a fan! Now I decided to make a quilt out of them, for my daughter.Mabel Figworthy wrote: ↑Sun Jul 12, 2020 5:34 pm Welcome back !

I must take my husband there when we're allowed in again. Mind you, it has changed a bit since the 70s and early 80s....
