Done more blue downwards but now starting red again to have a change of colour.

Will tackle this one again in a few weeks, needed a break so next update from me will be the cottages. Really enjoy stitching that one although geisha is more vibrantly coloured

Sorry to say I had to bin this project. I found I can only do one project at a time. I went back to this 3 times in between Pleasant Row Cottages & each time made mistakes. In the end got really disheartened so decided enough was enough & thought it best to bin it.

Good news is that for my birthday DH is buying me this kit & also the sister geisha kit which goes with Mai. I have made that as a gift & loved it at the time so will do both at a later date. May be 12 months or more but at least I'll have the to hand when I feel ready to tackle these again.

At least I know now, one thing at a time & I've had practice at intricate designs.

Than you for all he encouragement you gave me with this one but all is not lost you'll be seeing it again at some time in the future.

Sorry to see this gone (even temporarily), but many of us have done exactly the same thing for lots of reasons. Good that you discovered that you are a one at a time stitcher and that is what makes you happy. There are no rules as to how many or how few projects a stitcher can have as WIPs. Now you (and we) have something to look forward to.
