Your framed Autumn is beautiful, and I love the detail on the pillars in the Phantom!

Congratulations Alanna, :applesauce:
Beautiful projects. This is the first post that I've actually seen a project framed. I got a question are you using DMC floss? Your threads look more yarn like especially the Silver Needle acorn projects?

Thanks!! :) You have a good eye! The Silver Needle kits are done on 10ct or 18ct linen over 2, and they tend to have DMC perle cottons, and different fibers, like RG petite very velvet, and fyre werks. The santa gnome does have angora for the beard. I like them because they give me a bit of a break from other projects and stitch up fast. :)

Ok so here is the update for UFO week. I was having an issue loading pictures into photobucket....

I was being sarcastic with my needleminder choice.... I am miserable doing stamped cross stitch.

I'm sorry the stamped stitch is doing your head in - in itself it is a really fun design!

That's a really cute project. :applesauce: I 'Hear You' on stamped cross stitch projects. :tizzy: I donated my projects. Counted cross stitch is so much easier.

:applesauce: :applesauce: Well done, especially stitching in a format you don't like. I don't think I've done much stamped projects other than some embroidery years and years ago and crewel work. I also prefer the counted format, but the design you are stitching is adorable!
