Oh No.
Something for Christmas at a time I'm melting.

Looks like an amazing finish, but I really don't want to think that far ahead.

Regards,

Richard.

Congratulations on your finishes. Your work is beautiful, as usual. I love both of them - especially the bird.

It's been a while since I've posted any of my stitching---life kind of got in the way. I am stitching still and here are two of the projects I am working on
This one is by Blackberry designs and is called Let It Snow---nearly finished, just some backstitching on the lettering, one small cross stitch and the addition of a snow swirl--not sure yet I'll add that Image

These are two designs from Blackbird Designs Peppermint and Holly, stitched on 32 count hand dyed linen. I am thinking of making a 2 sided pillow out of them---haven't quite decided yet Image

Beautiful pieces! I have many of those on my wish list. Are you using the called for threads for the Kathy Barrick one? I love her patterns but most call for silks so I have been holding off.

Thank you--I ended up subbing in most of the threads in that one---using comparable DMC threads and in some cases other threads that I had in my stash---the part for the deer I used the called for thread though

That ia a good way of handling it. The deer is the biggest inpact so it would make sense to spend for the silks there. I see Kathy Barrick has a new Fall themed one and that is calling to me as well.
