Hello :) I'm still sticking on with working on my projects on rotation and really much loving it. Doing varied projects actually encourages me to stitch more. Unlike before when I was just doing one project at a time that when boredom strike, tendency was to stop stitching and it will go for weeks....months...and the stitching bug disappears then the project becomes an UFO :(

So, for the past 2 weeks, here are my latest progress updates on:

Down The River

Orange Butterfly

Dazzling Lighthouse

Thanks for looking. Happy stitching everyone

The lighthouse is lovely, but the outstanding one for me is the orange butterfly. Simply gorgeous.

Have you ever done a picture of a Ulysses using the satin threads DMC produces? That would be so spectacular. I have seen a few, flashing their electric blue, in the wild near Cairns, QLD, but they are so active it's hard to see them properly.

Regards,

Richard.

:applesauce: :applesauce: :applesauce: They are all lovely and I am so glad that you discovered one of the most important things I learned on the forum: More than one project at a time is okay! For years I had the same problem you did until I joined the forum and found that lots of members work on more than one project at a time. I admit I have gone wild with that, but it does keep my stitchy bug happy!

Love your updates and can't wait for more!

I agree with Carole. Before I joined the forum, I was a one-at-a-time stitcher. The thought of "cheating on" my WIP by starting another was more than I could bear. :-) Now, however, I'm happy with several going at once.

And by the way, those are all beautiful but the orange butterfly has stolen my heart.
