Ooohh, they are so pretty Serinde. I do like the colour of the fabric, goes well with that colour thread. They will be treasured I am sure by those who receive them.

2017 is upon us so the SAL has now officially been closed to new joiners. That doesn't mean you can't keep stitching it of course

! But it does mean that by the end of January I will remove the chart packs and the download links, so if you haven't downloaded all twelve Rounds please do so some time this month.

The SAL blog will remain accessible to all subscribers, and the SAL Gallery will be kept open indefinitely so do let me have any pictures you're happy to show off!

Finally! Here's November. (I loaned my hoop to a friend, Christmas got in the way... you know how it is.) Same combinations of Dresden blue, Caron Moonglow and Kreinik ï¼ƒ4 braid 032 (pearl) with the addition of Threadgather Snow Drift White 4mm ribbon and Mill Hill seed bead 00479 (white). Really enjoyed the fan stitch. Mabel, do take for the gallery.
