Beguiling Tiger finally framed

Post by Nicola McKay »

I started Dolphins Swimming by Moonlight around about July last year and did most of page 1 but then got a bit fed up with all the confetti and then lost my stitchy bug and ended up not stitching anything for a year. I picked it up again in July this year when I was on holiday from work and I've managed to get page 1 finished and a good bit of pages 2 and 3. I'm stitching it on 18ct magic guide aida instead of the 14ct that came with it.

This is what it should look like when finished:

This is how far I've gotten:

To get a break from the million shades of purple I made a start on Dimensions Beguiling Tiger and this is what I've done so far:

I'm going to start working on the Dolphins again for a while.

Thanks for looking :)

:applesauce: :applesauce: Beautiful updates! One advantage of doing more than one project at a time is that when you need relief from one project you can switch. I used to have the same experience before joining the forum. If I needed a break I just stopped stitching and my stitchy bug would take major round the world trips I think. This way you will end up with two lovely pieces. Looking forward to your updates!!

Boy, you're racing through it now. Don't burn out if you can avoid it.

It is looking marvellous though.

He's finished! Not completely happy with the backstitching but it's not too bad.
