Rocket finished!

Post by wendywombat »

Not being a very clever Wombat I shall have to point you all in the direction of my web-site to see the finished Cut Thru Rocket!!

I haven't worked out how to get the picture up on this page! :(

But.... my G/son was very happy to get the rocket picture and i'ts now hanging on his bedroom wall.
Have a gander at;
www.wendystitch.payrieres.eu to see it.

The search engine should find the rocket.

:oops: Aw thanks girls!
My D/H built the website for me so I have to give him a Big Thankyou too! :wub:
I started doing cushions cos I am running out of walls space! :shock:

G'Son had to carry the Rocket around for a few days before he would let it be framed and hung on the wall. Said he needed to count the stars! :lol: :lol:

Wow, Wendy, you can tell bedtime stories to him using that picture for a whole year!!! It's so rich in details!

The whole series is excellent: full of fun detail and -- absolutely right, Benceagi -- storytelling potential.

Thanks again Girls! The backstitch was a real pain to do but it really made it come alive. I did it as I went as there was so much of it!

Good idea about the stories :idea: I shall try that out on him next month when I go to the UK.
I've another Cut thru design of an Igloo to do for G/daughter next. (Courtesy of your friend and mine, Genevieve) Shall start it soon!
