Looks great. 3371 I think is a real dark brown. 310 is black. I would hold off unti I got the 310.

Jilly, thank you. It's been fun stitching him and showing you all my progress. Thank you for following my progress, it's really kep me going. I'm off to hobbycraft tomorrow to get the thread for my next project.

Coffee_freak, ooooh, did you get the cross stitch card shop magazine too then? I only bought the magazine for that bear. He was hard work because all the threads look so similar. There's a few nice designs in there.

It really did make my mom happy. She's been so sad lately and it as so great to see her smile when I gave her Lickle Ted. She's going to frame him later.

Thank you all for your support. I honestly don't think I could have done it without all your support and tips. I love this thread and you all deserve a big hug. Thank you. ^_^

Now I have a chinchilla I've ordered from ebay and an Egyptian design to do. ^_^

See?
Well done!
I have that same kit/magazine, but I'm only about a quarter of the way thru it. I keep getting distracted by other projects for family and friends etc.
Seeing your SAL gives me the reminder to finish it

Oooh, keep ploughing on with it. Are you finding him as daunting as I did?

It turns out to be a fair bit more complicated than it initially looks... lots of subtle colour changes etc

EDIT :
Just for you, I took a photo and uploaded my progress so far :D

Yeah, it drove me mad. I was doing it line by line too. *dies* I re-named him evil bear for the ammount of hassle he caused me :P

It's looking great though. Keep at it ^_^
