Well that what i wanted a challange and i got one as i have only ever stitched on white or ivory. I think it was abit adventuaous but hay got to try it once at least, once i get going im fine but its just getting started thats the prob with the black.

Wendywombat hope u get it done with some ease.
Annora i love winnie the pooh.

I also got the tigger cushion which has loads of black :S will be doing that after this one, wish me luck.

Thanks very much for ur very nice comments, i will put up another pic tommoz as im off to do some more stitching.

Black 14 ct aida is easy to work with in my opinion... I can see the holes just fine...

I'm hoping I'll still be able to see the holes later when I finish my christmas gifts and am actually able to get started on my Mask of Autumn Harvest!

(Think good thoughts about not getting glasses)

Your project looks really good though! Definately be nice when it's done!

Thanks very much aint really got anymore done as i went for hair to be done today and that took like 2hours and then i went into town with my mum, sister and neice. Also it is/was my dads birthday so been with him for ages to. Will get some done tommoz as i think ill be in bed most of the day as now im in loads of pain.

Thanks, im not feeling to bad now, but aint got no stitching done been just chilling out really. Will be doing some tommoz and getting the pics up for u all.

Sorry for the late update, been busy getting ready for my hols and other things just got the chance tonite to sit and have a stitch.


Sorry the picture aint all that good will take another tommoz once i dont abit more. Looks much better if u click on it and see it bigger.
