The Old Bridge by Derwentwater :) a really enjoyable project and I'm loving the effect of the densely stitched central panel with the single-strand stitches round the side

My SAL has had to be put on hold :( I'm working on a robin my god mother has asked me to do for her mum's 80th :)

I'll pop some pics up of that instead as soon as my camera decides to work

I'm finally back on the Internet! (does a little celebratory dance)

I have to hold my hand up and admit I never finished this project......

But I've just finished a new one!

Pics to follow, it's a Design Works dreamcatcher design, and I'm now on the lookout for a frame for it with an aperture of 24" x 10"

Hi Emma, I hope you will post your completed work to let us see it now. Will you complete the other one? I've been looking at the Sunset series from Derwent Water and would like to give one a try - was it a lot of hard work?

It did look beautiful from the first picture you posted. It is easy to get in rut with something though.
Hope you can still post a picture to show us where you got to, you never know, you might feel inspired to take it up again later on.

Hi Pebbles

Welcome back
Look forward to seeing photos of your completed project - hope you find a frame to suit !

I like your other picture too - I'm afraid I have a project that I will probably never finish - but I do like yours - perhaps we can persuade you to finish it.
