Winner gets a $15 gift card to the stitchy shop of your choice (and for non-USA peeps, whatever $15 is in your currency :) )

Who else wants to play with us? It's fun, it's easy, and you might win. :-) (I had beginner's luck...I won my first game.)

I'll second that...easy and risk free. I was a bit intimidated by Bingo for awhile and didn't play for over a year after joining the forum. When I finally decided to give it a go, it was lots of fun...and I won. Bonus!

19 - Strasbourg, France

This was in 2009 when my then boyfriend, now husband, had or first trip together ever. And it was international at that! I was pretty worried because we'd only been dating a few months before we went to Europe. He ended up losing his job right before w left and when in France I got an email from my boss telling me I didn't need to return. Classy. We still ended up having an amazing time.

Strasbourg is located on the border to Germany and it's the 7th largest city in France. I've been there twice and the first time there was a Two Rivers Arts Festival that was going on which was pretty great.

My husband really likes beer so here's a picture of a huge beer barrel in Strasbourg:

If you want to learn more about this historic city, check out their wiki page, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strasbourg

29 - Columbus, Ohio

Columbus is about a 3 hour drive from where I live and it's a nice town. In my opinion it's the best one in Ohio. It's Ohio's capital city and it also is home to OSU (Ohio State University) so it's got a pretty young hip demographic. We went over fourth of July in 2013 and for Valentine's Day in 2014. They have a lovely botanical garden and we went for a chocolate and wine tasting in February. We also went to the zoo, in February. It was amazing we had the place to ourselves!!

Here's from the Botanical Garden:

And here's one from the zoo with one of my favorite animals:

This is going to be a fun one, I can tell. I only got one number, but it's fun reading about your travel so it's all good. (And what a memorable first trip to Strasbourg! But wait...if I was a baseball player, one for two...I'm batting .500! Yay me.

I have one number! My husband and I have always wanted to go to France. I'm learning French in hopes of winning the lottery. You are so lucky!

So, if I were a baseball player I'd be batting .000 which means that I would be eligible to play for my hometown Cubbies  No numbers for me but interesting and lovely pictures of some beautiful places!

25 - Kobe, Japan

The home of the famous beef! We didn't get any while we were in Kobe, but we did have some in another region of Japan. It was really good. I'll probably talk about it again later when we get to that city!

It was raining the day we went, but they have this herb garden growing up the hill and you can take this fun trolley up the hill.

What we rode up in:

A view on the ride up:

And dinner (in the mall across the street):

24 - Steyr, Austria

My husband and I actually got engaged here on Sept 6, 2011. He proposed on a bridge (not shown) over three rivers (much like how it is here in Pittsburgh). He planned the entire thing and I was surprised. I thought maybe sometime during the trip, but I didn't know where or when. :) It was very romantic (and had to do with our brand new camera, he pretend it broken and I scrolled through the pictures and it asked will you marry me in pictures).

The bridge was to the left in this picture:

The view from the bridge:

And a view of the alps:

We stayed in a really swanky spa hotel behind this cool church, it wasn't actually creepy:

Oh and you can click any of the pictures for a bigger version. :)

Nothing for me today...batting .250 now (still better than some of my Rockies :-) ). I love the proposal story, and Austria looks absolutely gorgeous. So far I'm really enjoying traveling the world via your pictures.

17 Cancun Mexico

We traveled to Cancun Mexico for a good friends wedding back in April. In Cancun we stayed at a resort (something neither of us had ever done).

Here's the view from our balcony:

Image

And the view right beside where their ceremony took place:

1 Kyoto Japan

Japan was our honeymoon in May 2013. It was wonderful and we easily took over 1,000 pictures. I honestly think Kyoto was our least favorite city, still great, but not as great as the other places we went. We did check out some pretty awesome sites while we were there. If you've ever seen Memoirs of a Geisha you'll recognize this:

And some temples:

And a really cool aqueduct that stills has water running through it!

Yay for me...another number! Nice view from your room in Cancun and what a pretty place for a wedding. And I really like the pics of Japan...love the pagoda temple. Japan has such a fascinating history, doesn't it?
