I suspect she is called "Scarlet Lady" due to her "profession" perhaps?

Ah, perhaps. But now I am convincing myself: since the piece is merely called "Scarlett", I will guess this is her name. :)

Here are today's picks!
18, 25, and 30

18. Crane by Meredith Dillman
Image

Model stitched over one thread on 25 count white linen. Stitch count: 300W x 857H.
This is the first HAED pattern that I ever owned. Having never worked on linen before or done such a complex pattern, I have not yet started this one. I am starting to feel ready for it though, so maybe I will get a start on it in 2013 if other patterns don't sneak ahead in the queue. :)

25. Jewels of the Orient by Dimensions. Design by James Himsworth.
Image

Kit is stitched on 18 count ivory aida and uses metallic threads. Finished Size: 11" x 17" (28 x 43 cm)

30. Ashanti Woman by Lanarte
Image

Stitched on 14 count white aida. Finished to be 16" x 20".

Some of you are getting very close now!! We may see a winner after tomorrow's picks are posted.

For today:
20, 24

20. Fanciful Notion by Meredith Dillman
Image

Finished Design Size 350 W by 465 H (14" X 18-1/2" when stitched on recommended 25 count fabric).
I love the colours in this design!

24. The Needlewoman by Classic Embroidery
Image

After discovering Brandi's blackwork lady, I was inspired to find some more. Here is one that caught my eye. I love how it is a cross-stitch of a lady doing needlework herself. :)
Model stitched on 18 count white aida. Finished size is 7" x 9" (19 x 23 cm).

Up to six!!!
Can I double check Thursday's numbers, as at the top of the post you say numbers 18, 15 and 30, but the pictures are labelled 18, 25 and 30.
Thanks

Beautiful charts by the way. I see the wish list growing ever longer!!
