Lots of lovely prezzies - nice skirts and tops, books about writing (which is one of my interests), a beautiful embroidery book ('Long and Short Stitch Embroidery' by Trish Burr) and lots of music (Nanci Griffith and Alison Krauss). So for most of the day I've been walking around with my CD earphones attached firmly to my ears and totally unaware of anything else. It's the singing along my DH finds difficult to live with.

Looking forward to a nice evening when our sons will probably ring. Unfortunately, we didn't make it to Rufford, but 'tomorrow is another day'.
