Mystic Stitch Advice

I've just bought my first Mystic Stitch project. It's an Egyptian lady and is made up of 20 pages. The instructions say that after stitching page 5 to start stitching page 6 underneath page 1? Why?

I've laid out the pages and if I follow that the finished design won't make any sense. Has anyone done one of their charts before? All help welcome!

I've never done a Mystic Stitch chart, but have coped with another design with 9 pages of charts. At first I thought I would never figure it out. Then I decided the only thing to do was photocopy the pages and tape them together in the correct layout.

It was fiddly, but it worked. I had to start the design in the centre of page 5!

i was going to suggest photocopying the pages and laying them out on a table and then taping together.
i do that will everything i work on cause a take a highlighter to it and mark of what I sittched! so easy and the frog doesn't visit me much either!
